    扯闲篇儿

    朝九晚五半个月了,我总觉得睡不够,好不容易熬到周末,昏睡不起……看来是我老了~~减肥这事吧,也很难办,嚷嚷俩月了,胃口却越来越大,总觉得吃不饱,吃饱了吧又后悔了~~腰围都二尺四了,肚子也圆滚滚了,惊悉李小鹏的体重才122斤,我越发觉得自己的118有点胖得不行了,你看人家那身肌肉那臂膀,再看看我肚子上一圈的肉,哎……怎么办好呢,于是我决定等天凉快了骑车上班,一天骑30公里应该能减下去了吧。。。不过也难说,本以为上班以后能因为早起晚睡,中午饭吃少点能控制点食欲呢。。可谁成想,我一到11点就饿得不成啊,中午吃3个满满的半份儿菜可不到晚上6点又饿得不成了……得了得了,不提了,我继续努力减肥,争取年底前回归我年初的108了……

    最近奥运是真好看,中国军团是真NB。看来这回金牌榜第一是有戏了~~哈哈!加油吧!话说我每次看奥运都被感动着,心血来潮,激动难以啊。。特别是中午吃完饭去门诊楼消化食儿时,一堆人一起看,气氛甚是热烈啊,热血沸腾,感动不已!得了得了,不说了,待会还有羽毛球、男篮以及飞人大战呢,嘿嘿……真想天天在家看奥运,怎奈我还有一堆活要干,我正发愁我下周怎么才能完成那个不可能完成的活儿呢……好了好了,不提了,还是乐观点儿等着我的新电脑早日到货,这样才有动力工作不是,哈哈哈哈!!

    祝中国军团继续占据金牌榜首位,祝下周顺利度过,哦耶!

    又看到一个想减肥的。提点小建议:吃是一定要尽量少吃。最好每天吃一顿沙拉。少盐少糖少油。面条,馒头等面食不要碰了。碳水化合物一点不吃也不行,米饭可以适当吃点。香蕉苹果都要少吃。碳酸饮料一概不喝,最好只喝白水。睡前喝点红酒问题不大。节食并不是主要的,自己心里有个节制的意识,尽量少吃就行了。关键还是运动。建议你每天跑步四十分钟。如果一下子跑不了,可以走5分钟,跑10分钟,再走5分钟.....保持运动状态40分钟就够了。当然这些都是基本方法。还有一些减肚子的方法和整体减肥的运动细节。有机会再说吧。
